We're getting new furniture. Finally. Not to complain when there are people on the African coast getting bombed to smitherenes, but I haven't had a new couch since I bought that set at This End Up 10 years ago. They said we can paint in here as long as it isn't too '
heavy' which I think means 'hard to cover.'

I'm thinking some deep jewel tone accessories and curtins, and art framed in black should be pretty.
