Talk of the night at work consisited of the usual political crap. I feel beat up, not just by the physical nature of the job, but the personal dynamics of the staff.

What happened to cooperation and team work? Look at nature. The earth and everything nature shows us is based on cooperation. There are unlikely pairs in the animal kingdom, a type of bird who makes his nest right among the alligators, and why? Because they have a symbiotic relationship that lives because of cooperation. When the bird detects a predator, it makes a loud noise that alerts the alligator, who speeds home to protect it's eggs. And the alligator is able to keep the bird's other natural enemies at bay.

Bird and alligator. If they can cooperate, anyone can.
